SHIPPING & DELIVERY

VELGLOSS ships from China to customers in the United States. This page explains the timing currently used for the store.

Order processing

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 8–15 days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs review or events outside our control.

Service and cost

U.S. orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $49.99 use a $6.99 standard shipping rate. The available service and final cost are shown at checkout after the delivery address is entered.

Address changes

Use the Contact page as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. An address cannot be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Unexpected delays

If an order cannot be dispatched within the stated processing period, VELGLOSS will provide the available options, which may include accepting a revised dispatch date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

Tracking and delivery questions

Keep the order confirmation for reference. Use the Contact page with the order number if the shipment information supplied with the order does not resolve a delivery question.
