Using the site

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate checkout information. VELGLOSS may correct typographical errors or update product information before an order is accepted.

Product information

Read the product page, package label and use instructions before application. Images can appear different across screens and lighting. Always test the selected color on a small, hidden area. Results vary with leather type, existing finish, condition and application.

Suitability

The VELGLOSS system is presented for surface wear where the underlying leather remains sound. It is not presented as a remedy for severe peeling, large tears, large holes or structural damage. Suede and nubuck require different care unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Orders and pricing

WooCommerce is the source of the displayed product price, selected variation, quantity and order subtotal. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after the applicable payment and fulfillment checks are complete.

Shipping

Shipping estimates and available charges are described on the Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a dispatch estimate cannot be met, VELGLOSS will communicate the available delay or cancellation options.

Returns and refunds

Return and refund requests are handled under the Returns & Refunds page. Do not send a product back without written return instructions.

Accounts and site security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Links or integrations may connect to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and applicable rights

VELGLOSS may update these terms and will display the revised date on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
